When I transfer videos from my palmcorder to my computer, the video gets a little distorted and blurry. Is there anyway to fix this. I changed the resolution to the highest possible. Please Help???

I already checked the website...no help there.

How are you plugged into the computer? What type of connection cable are you using? If you are using RCA A/V cables, they are not designed to support the high bandwidth video that your camcorder recorsa in. Try using an ieee1394 (firewire) cable. A USB cable also, will not transmit the high quality video on you DV tape. It will, however, transmit the lower-quality MPEG video from an SD card. Firewire cables are either 4-pin or 6-pin on one or both ends. The camcorder connection will always be 4-pin, but your computer may have the 4 or 6-pin connection. Firewire cables cost $35-40, so check before whay type your computer has before buying one. And look in your camcorder's menu for an A/V "out" setting to tell it what to do.
