I plan on working after I get married just so i wont be bored all the time. Even if it's just a part time job. Then when I have children I will stay home to care for them until they are in school. You should really let your wife choose what is right for her.

She should work if she wants to, but they should talk about this before the marriage. I'm planning to start my own business so I know I wouldn't to put that a side to stay at home. I've done it before but I wouldn't want to do it again, because they're things that I want to accomplish and my kids are older and in school.

Yes. Work isn't about supporting yourself. It's about not being a parasite and actually being a useful member of society. I can't stand being around the house all day and I can't imagine a woman would either.
