I'm sorry for your loss to start off but in all honesty is there ever really a good enough reason for the people left behind? I don't think so.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I have lost a family member to suicide, and it's a very hard thing. You must not blame yourself. Your aunt did what she did on her own, you had nothing to do with it. She was obviously very ill to do it, and that's the way you have to look at it, she was sick, and she died, same as if she had died of cancer. And I think when God judges her for this, He'll take into account all the factors that caused this, I honestly don't think just because you commit suicide that it's murder, and then you can't go to heaven. My prayers are with you and her family right now. God bless.

I am so sorry for the loss of your aunt. It is very difficult to understand why she would kill herself.
People commit suicide, IMHO, to put an end to pain. Occasionally, it is physical pain due to illness or injury, but most often, it is emotional pain that they cannot deal with.
Somehow, she painted herself into a emotional corner and believed that there was no other way to stop suffering.
All you can do now is to try to love those she left behind and help them get through it.
There's an article at the link below that may help.

First of all, I don't think that suicide is the answer. However, your Aunt had to be in a very dark place in her life and couldn't get out of it. Even though she recently married, had kids and grandkids, maybe she found out she was terminally ill or she was going through severe depression and needed help but didn't ask for it or get any. It isn't a reflection on you or the rest of your family members in any way, I'm sorry for your loss.

You will be pondering this why question for eternity. We can never know what the reasons are for others behavior, nor can we understand anyones mental dilemma's if they are no longer here to tell us. If you continue to ask why, you may end up in a situation where you do understand why someone would kill thmeselves. When we ask questions in the universe, most of the time the universe gives us an opportunity to understand through experience. If you are too young to understand, you will one day.

Some people think that there love ones are better off with out them. They think that they don't bring happiness just sadness. When you think of taking your life you do it for a number of reasons. Some just feel so much pain that they don't know what to do or think that anyone will understand. What they don't know is that there is a lot of people just like them. They feel alone. Even the man that has everything can feel alone. Plus there is depression and things like that. Those don't help. Plus no one know just how one persons life is like til they walk in there shoes. I know a lot of people that at my lows thought I was fine.
