The bible clearly lets us know that Jesus is not Jehovah god. First of all, Jehovah God is our creator. Revelation 4: 11 says: “You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.” Also, He is without beginning or end, and he is almighty. Psalms 90: 2 tells us: "Before the mountains themselves were born, or you proceeded to bring forth as with labor pains the earth and the productive land, even from time indefinite to time indefinite you are God."

Jesus, on the other hand, had a beginning. Colossians 1: 15, 16 says: "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him."

Referring to God as his Father, Jesus said: “The Father is greater than I am (John 14: 28)." Jesus also explained that there were some things neither he nor the angels knew but that were known only by his Father (Mark 13:32- “Concerning that day or the hour nobody knows, neither the angels in heaven nor the Son, but the Father.")

Moreover, Jesus prayed to his Father: “Let, not my will, but yours take place (Luke 22: 42)." To whom was Jesus praying if not to a superior Personage? Furthermore, it was God who resurrected Jesus from the dead, not Jesus himself. (Acts 2:32) Obviously, the Father and the Son were not equal before Jesus came to the earth or during his earthly life. What about after Jesus’ resurrection to heaven? First Corinthians 11:3 states: “The head of the Christ is God.” In fact, the Son will always be in subjection to God. (1 Corinthians 15:28) The Scriptures therefore show that Jesus is not God Almighty. Instead, he is God’s Son.

To be honest I find it confusing. God and Jesus are one, but why is Jesus called the Son, and God the Father? I don't get that at all. Why is Jesus called The Son of Man? I don't even know what that means. Isn't everybody (well every male) a Son of Man? Anyway I am gonna watch your question to see if somebody can answer it cuz its a question I wonder about too.

No, they are not. I just answered a similar question, but I will have to answer this one in the same way. Consider the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist. Jesus was baptized, and God spoke from heaven, saying This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. The Holy Spirit, then in the form of a dove fluttered down and rested on Jesus shoulder. This is the Trinity, three different entities, but of one accord.

Yes, Scripture says that God came to this earth in the form of a man, named Jesus. Jesus said on this earth, the Kingdom of God has come amongst you unawares. Jesus says if you have seen me you have seen my Father who is in Heaven. God came as Jesus to go to the Cross to be the spotless, unblemished lamb sacrifice for the redemption of sin. The world was judged at the Cross. In the Greek, the word son does not necessarily translate as a male offspring. The word "Trinity" is a man made word and the word Trinity came into existence long after the Scripture was written, long after Jesus walked this earth and went to the Cross. However, there is God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. There is no such thing as a Trinity. Jesus called Himself, the son of Man. Jesus also instructed those of His disciples at the Mount of Transfiguration NOT to reveal that He was the long awaited Messiah, the son of God, His true identify until after His Crucifixion. His disciples and the Holy Spirit that was evident and seen at Pentecost showed the Jews that Jesus was in fact the long awaited Messiah that the prophets had foretold would come.

Sound to me like you need to have your tank topped off.

You say you are a Christian and you don't know who your God is. Come on. Get into the Word of God.

Did you comprehend what I just wrote. The Word of God. Think, think.

When someone gives you their word, who's word is it they are giving you? Answer. Theirs.

When God gives you His Word, who's Word is it? Answer. Jesus Christ.

Get this: From John Chapter 1:1.
In the BEGINNING, was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD.

Seriously, we only have one God. God is Father, God is Son, God is Holy Spirit. One God.

You are body, soul, and spirit. That's what you are. Just one person. I hope this will help you. The key to all is in His Word.><>
