Whole wheat ones are (minus the syrup). Regular ones are really not that bad...just leave off the syrup...it's pure sugar. The best way is whole wheat pancakes with "no sugar added" peanut butter. High fiber/ high protein...yummy!

It really depends on what you put in/on them. Most of the best pancakes I've had are definately NOT healthy, they were just basically butter, cream, eggs, and flour. You can make them somewhat healthy by adding nuts or fresh fruit though.

depends on what you cook them in - butter is always better than oil. Also, the syrup and how much of it also matters. If done correctly, pancakes can definetly be healthy.

they are less healthy than vegetables but still healthier than doughnuts and other deep-fried stuff. Pancakes are ok i guess.
