Wine can't be made from courgettes, but you can ferment almost any fruit or vegetable to produce alcohol. Wouldn't taste very good though

wine can be made from any vegetable matter allowed to ferfent. whether you would enjoy courgette wine is another matter, i made wine with melon and it was nice,courgettes are relations of courgettes.

i dont see why not. At a summer fair in Bisley about 7 years ago they had a stall selling all sorts of homemade wine. Including Silver Birch!!

yep, but it needs to go with something, like corgette and plum - i have had that one, got very drunk (you never know the strength of homemade wine).
you can make wine out of almost anything, the most weird wine i have ever drunk was tea wine, made from of loads of old teabags and the usual wine making stuff!

Yes, any fruit or veg can be made to ferment, but get a recipe or you're likely to do a lot of work for nothing

yes u can make wine out of anything - my m8 used to make her own wines, she used anything from lettuce to potatoes.
