I have NOS Blast, Whey Protein, and Glutamine. How should I place them around my workouts and other days?

The Nos always comes before the workout because the arginine in it can help you secrete more growth hormone and nitric oxide from your work out.It's best taken on an empty stomach and never combined at the same time with other amino's like glutamine because amino acids compete for absorption.The whey should be used before a work out as long as the carbohydrate content is very low.You don't want to have any carbs right before a work out because insulin will mitigate or nullify growth hormone secretion.Always use whey after your work out and before bad to retain a positive nitrogen balance and not become catabolic.Whey protein is a by product of cheese production and has the highest biological value of any protein for humans.Use the glutamine throughout the day separately from the nos.A good carb supplement after your work out has been proven to increase growth hormone secretion and improve the likelihood that it will be stored as glycogen rather than fat .Two grams of glutamine taken orally has been shown in clinical tests to increase growth factors(like IGF 1) in athletes.
