I'm 19 years old, 5'11", 140lbs. I play sports socially, eat healthy (almost no junk food), and I want to know what vitamins I could take to just be healthier. I eat fruits and vegetables too. Should I take a multi-vitamin like Centrum or something? Or should I take seperate pills like Vitamins A, C, Calcium, etc.?

A multi-vitamin is enough, with a balanced diet. Make sure you are staying hydrated. If you are lifting weights, there are some supplements that will help your body adjust to the stresses of resistance training.

Go with whole food nutrition supplements. Sometimes called green-source nutrition, these are products where the nutrients are derived from plants. As a result, they have all necessary major nutrients, as well as lesser known micronutrients that help the body use the major ones more efficiently than synthetic vitamins. There are many types out there. I personally have used Juice Plus, and more recently Nanogreens. On top of that, a little extra A, C, and E is always useful, especially when you are very active.

BTW, good for you for taking care of yourself.

It's good to take vitamins. However, the optimal vitamin is liquid and derived only from whole foods. In other words: no synthetics.

You can find such liquid vitamins at http://www.newenglandnutritives.com

Remember, whole food vitamins means: NO MAN MADE SYNTHETICS. IT IS ALL TAKEN FROM NATURE ONLY. Look for the liquid multivitamins.
