BO-ca rat-AHN, with the "BO" pronounced as in "both," and the "ca" as in "car." Then with the "ra" pronounced as in "rat" and the "AHN" pronounced as in the name, "Don." Some people might pronounce the last syllable more like the word, "own," but the way I have given is good enough. (Although the name came from the Spanish, there's no point in trying to imitate a Spaniard when you pronounce it.)

Easy, you say Boca Ratón. I don't understand why somebody named a city with that ludicrous name, but.. it stayed.
I suppose somebody was bitten by a mouse, but in that case should be Mordedura Ratón.
Still, why a mouse ? I don't understand it
