I really like this girl but we rarely talk. The only way i can contact her is by the phone. I want to tell her i like her but it may come as a suprise because we rarely see each other and talk.
What should i do? I mean even if i call her it would be weird because i never do.

I want to tell her how i feel like ask her how she's doing then talk to her abit then tell her why i like her and say i wanted to ask her out for awhile and then ask her out
but that would be a huge suprise, and even though im cute i don't know how she'll react.
But if i just act as i want to get to know her better, what if she says no and i don't get eveyrthing out

I know its weird to ask her out over the phone, but its the only way i can talk to her right now, until school. We don't see each other much anymore.
I just want her to know how i feel but don't want to shock her.
What if i talk to her for awhile and then say I like you, could we get to know each other a bit more, maybe hang out?

you have to show courage and start talking to her in person. Phone only works if you are a 10 year old. To be honest if you two rarely talk it is going to be kinda strange to randomly ask her out on the phone, it has to be done in person.

Weird isn't necessarily bad. Different is good actually. Makes ya stand out. Call her ... yes it might be a surprise, but then how'd you get her number? If she gave it to you then 'greenlight'. Just let her know that you're interested and that you'd like to get to know her.
