Your parrot is funny! It could mean he cares about you and is trying to feed you as if he were your parent. Or he thinks your foot is a baby bird. My dove bows and if she is on the floor and you put your foot there she thinks its another bird and she'll go up to it and bow and play with it. If i make my foot "bow" she finds it hilarious. Have fun!

Your parrot is regurgitating food. He's bringing it up from his crop and offering it to you as a token of affection. He is very closely bonded to you.
