well we have been friends for almost a year and i really like her. sometimes she will call me just to ask wuts up and then the next day she will be start calling me an idiot and stupid and stuff but then we'll talk and she'll hug me and says she loves me but she and then we wont see eachother for a while and she will say that i was supossed to call her. but she is kinda a flirt and i dont know what to think of and if i should call her or not

Be the man. If she kids around, kid back. Be yourself, I'm guessing that is why she likes you... don't get wierd on a relationship. She is a person, you are a person... stay that way. If she says, why didn't you call, shoot back something smart and endearing like, "Hey, that was your job or your turn, etc."
Decide where you want to go with it and head and that direction

She has a mental health diagnosis - or should have one. What is it about you that you are so undemanding about character that you would stick around? The problem is not her - she is her own problem - the problem is you. How desperate are you?
And I don't think anyone who is asking the big questions about love, life and the pursuit of happiness should still be using the adolescent spelling (wut vs. what) and the little "i" vs. "I" when communicating with adults out here. The reason I like to satirize questions in this area is because I and the rest of us adults out here know a serious answer results in a "duh" from teenagers or 20 somethings who cannot spell or write a sentence. The blanket answer for all of you in that situation is to go back to school and learn to read, write and spell and you won't be subjecting yourselves to the likes of your crazy and/or manipulative girlfriend. Sorry, but the truth hurts. Without pain, no gain.

I think she sounds like she's bi-polar. I know of some people who act the same way. It's hard to read these people and keeping a friendship going is so very very hard. You should do what makes you happy and if that's calling her than do so.

She should not be calling u names like that if she really cares for u. Try distancing urself from her for a while and see if she shapes up. If not, cut her loose.

Is she your friend or your gf? if she's your friend only, i think she wants you to ask her to be more than that. she gets pissed cause u do nothing about it, but she loves u. If shes your girlfriend, just keep like that, getting a gf pissed from time to time, is a good sauce to the relationship. Girls love to get pissed for smthing from time to time. If they dont find a good reason, they find anything.

call her and talk to her like friends. eventually, the talk willl heat up and you'll have a date planned. keep it simple though, dont push it too much or she'll back down.

do you think/know if she likes you? ask her if you don't know.
ask her what expectations are. Tell her how you feel, if she doesn't already know. be honest.
