I don't know what "any going spear" means but my favorite tea is chai green tea (in a tea bag, not liquid) its delicious and you can't get the same effect from simply brewing a green tea bag and a chai tea bag together..when you do that they seem to cancel eachother out and taste like hot water

We had barbeque chicken and rice last night and there wasn't any spare as we only had 3 small chicken thighs each. Don't know what it will be tonight as we've run out of food and need to go to the supermarket. Might have to be beans on toast - boo...

Try roibos tea - is healthy and you find it lovely flavoured and plain both nice but my favorite is chai!

if you had just came round you would have had fillet of fish with potatoe strips lightly seasoned. fish and chips to you and me but the wife likes posh words lol.
