Some rudraksha shall be worn preferably in a metal be it silver or gold or copper or punchdhatu as it has electrical and magnetic properties, which are enhanced when worn with metal. which one are these ?

As far as I know Rudraksha is best used as a mala of 108 beads. The touch of Rudraksha to the body, is helpful to get the health benefits.

The seed beads you mean? I think the lage master bead, the 108th bead on you mala(if its a necklace mala) is to be lager than the rest and set apart by the metal caps on the top and bottom of it. They are like little hats.
