okay so it was about a year ago that i asked a guy out who i never talked to (ik it was stupid) and of course he said no... so then i kept paying attention to him for the rest of the school year. but then, at the beginning of band camp, i payed no attention to him and he started talking to me. like he chose to tlak to me. and then i payed attention to him b/c i thought i might have regained some chance, but then he ignored me again and told my sister that i freaked him out (even though i didn't do ANYTHING but ask him out and he talked to ME not me talking to him!) and then i ignored him, but caught him staring at me a LOT. this all confuses me... and i don't know what to think or do?? please help. what does he think of me? am i just some one who will always like him and he wants to keep it that way? or am i more and he just doesn't want to admit it?

Some guys have problems with girls being forward. I recommend just laying back and letting him turn to you when he wants. In response, just make sure to smile when he looks at you and answer him when he talks to you. He'd probably like that :)

He likes the attention but he doesn't like you. He likes to know that you like him and he has the upper hand. It's a boost for his ego. Don't let him play games with your head. Just leave him alone and if he starts coming around again, ignore him bc no matter how much he tries to talk to you, if he told your sister you freak him out, chances are he wont end up liking you ever.

the best way to describe such kind of guy is...ATTENTION SEEKER! its not even acceptable for a guy to act that way, u really sure he's a guy guy? its ok for girls, but not guys... well... if u really care for him.. tell him straight and ask him what's wrong with this not talking to me issue... see, its better to ask than forever hold ur silence and regret, what if he's just too shy to let his feelings show..most especially if he cares for u too... some guys are like that.. well, if it happens to be the other way around.. then at least u wont wonder why the heck is he acting weird, and can move on and look for a better person u can lay ur eyes on to....

Just relax. Regardless, your life will not hinge on this one way or another. Your life is greater than this potential relationship. Learn to talk and not try to anticipate, learn to listen with real intent... this guy might not be right for you... maybe your should think on why you think he is right for you and vice versa. well i guess he is just trying to play around with you,he is one of those who,even if like you will never admit cos he has a big ego and attitude...just keep him away and move on....you deserve better people who would care and respect you the way you do!!

He doesn't know ... honestly. If he's a teenage boy (I pick this up from the "band camp" reference) he doesn't know what he wants, feels, etc. You are in control, so control, lead ... he actually needs your help but doesn't know how to ask ... obviously.
