Where the hell are they??! I've only seen about 10 decent looking ones in the past year, are they all in Galway or wha?

Give it time ... all of the Eastern European countries are not fully in the EU yet ...when they are, you can kiss goodbye to seeing a single Irishman on the streets of Dublin .... luckily they are stuck outside the Schengen zone of passport-free travel for at least another two years. They are denied the freedom to work in most EU countries for perhaps another six years: only Britain, Ireland and Sweden have opened their labour markets right away ... yes, Ireland did ... so ... first they'll go to Britain ... then they'll find their way into Ireland ... you'll see hoardes of women alright, old, young, pretty, ugly ... and ALL of them will want free housing, wait and see .... :)
