i ride my bike about 2 to 3 miles a day but when school starts i can t do that any ideas

swimming is an excellent exercise as it exercises most of the body. how about walking to school? after school dance class or get your friends to all meet after school and walk round the park (gossip and exercise together)

Jogging,crunches,situps,biking,streching exercises relaxes your muscles and prepares them for the exercise,pushups,hiking,curls etc. Good luck!!!

depends...if you want a six pak do abs.
if you want muscle do 10 pound weights
if you want to just be fit then play basebal or football after scool instead of being here using ur computer!
