Yes it's wrong. It wouldn't do any good anyway, a book can't cure your urge to steal.

IT is expected that this book will be stolen often. That was the original preface of the publication...constant replacing the book at the library...not a bad idea when you think of it, is it? One customer, 400 copies..where else could you get a deal like that?

a very bad habit;but it can be corrected; i think this way:if
this was my book, how would i feel
if someone takes it from me?
so i put myself in their place;
i get the sense of lost, they would
experience. is training your conscience to feel for other people.
the problem is: there is a trust that
a person breaks when they are discovered ; also i think is very embarrassing knowing that they know. It happened to me, but i corrected this character defect.
Now i ask myself, would God be happy with me??? and my conscience answers NO,NO,NO

yes..why not just tell the clerk that this is a robbery and that you want that book....that sould cure your need to steal..
