it say's it's 100% pure but then it says from concentrate. it's got no pulp and it tastes kinda funny and bitter. do you think it's still good for you? or is it as bad as soda?

Firstly- pretty much any beverage in a can tastes funny to me.

It's better for you than soda. At least it has some natural vitamin C and some phytochemicals, but it is mostly simple sugars. However- at least it's not all high fructose corn syrup, so I'd think that the glycemic response you get is a bit more slowed than with soda (which is better).

It's because of the can. It gives it a little metal taste. Also remember when it says concentrate that means the juice was extracted from the oranges, then the water was removed, and then reconstituted with water again before it was canned or bottled. It's still good for you but fresh squeezed or juiced is better.

Its the can that warps the taste of things. I think its better than soda because it has vitamins but it also has a lot of sugar. The best thing to do is eat an orange
