Demonstrate me on how to do crunches.

To demonstarate you would need to be able to see me.....but anyway......doing stright leg raises is better than sit ups. Lye flat on your back and raise your feet up 6" and hold for a count of 10. Repeat.

Doing crunches is different for men and women. Looking at your name it seems you are man so here is my advice.

Double Crunch
Targets both the upper and lower abs

Lie on your back, with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Position a medicine ball between your knees and rest your hands lightly on your chest.
Exhale as you lift your shoulders off the floor and bring your knees to your chest.

Grab the ball with your hands and bring it to your chest as you inhale and return your shoulders and legs to the starting position. Transfer the ball back to your legs on the next repetition, and keep alternating ball positions for the entire set.

There is a woderful excersie series called the Nancy Marmorat method. She give very good directions and the instructions are easy to follow. They helped me flatten my tummy.
