I don't mean making bizarre sexual comments...but just saying 'Wow your feet are so pretty' or 'You have such pretty toes....that's a nice color you chose'.

Complimenting her on the color she chose to paint her toes might be OK.

Walking up to a relative stranger and complimenting her feet would definately be weird.

I luv it when people notice my feet I pamper them alot and love it when people comment on the color and nail art .. so in my opinion being a woman who puts alot into her feet and to have some one comment them NO i personally do not think it is rude or weird
but some women might find it offensive just depends on the woman.

If she spends $30 a week on a peticure, you are awesome to notice. I would not make that the ice breaker though, but you could say that you noticed, I think it is kind of sweet. (In a funny toe fettishy sort of way... ..j/k)

It's cool with me...not rude or weird...unless you can't take your eyes off my feet when you're speaking to me and I notice that you are salivating while ogling my feet. That would be weird and rude and scary as heck.

If she didn't want her feet commented on she should "of" worn socks? No, that's not right.

And it's should HAVE not should OF.

Don't comment on any part of a woman's body if you do not know the woman very well. Keep it to yourself.

Rude? No. Freaky? Possibly.

feet are an unusual area to compliment, so even if that is what you notice about a woman, keep it to yourself if you don't know her well.

It's kind of odd. I would feel a little awkward if someone I didn't know well said that to me.
