One important African influence on Latin-American culture is on religion.
There are many so-called syncretic religions ("mix religions") that all have an important African component. This component is mostly West-African like Yorubá.
Some examples of this type of religion are:
"Santería" on Cuba and the Dominican Republic
"Voodoo" (vodun) in Haiti and New Orleans
"Candomblé" in Brazil
"María Lionza" in Venezuela.
One of the most informative authors on African-American syncretic religion is the French Sociologist ROGER BASTIDE. His most famous book is "The African Religions of Brazil" (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press, 1978). It is out of print and impossible to buy (believe me I tried), but most university libraries have a copy.

I don't think this site will help you on that. You are going to have to get into creating a survey to get your answer. We here, don't care about different ethnics or what is their skin color. Well at least I don't. Try a different source.
