I believe that if you happen to be sitting on someone whilst doing this you could probably be arrested for a few offences.

Don't think so, I have heard the police officer who checks you in at the court house cut one before. It is those silent ones that are deadly!

no, i farted in the legislative building and didn't get arrested... if they didn't want you farting in them then they wouldn't put bathrooms in them.
