As a frequent airline traveller in both economy and business class I can tell you that the wines served depends not only on the class of travel but the route flown. In other words, it is unlikely that there will be just one French red wine served on all flights.

They need to have supplies available where they restock.

If you are asking about wines served on a flight you travelled on, the best suggestion is to email or write to the airline with details of the flight number/date/class praising the wine and asking for its name. Airlines love satsified customers.
