Morning, you increase your metabolism which helps burn calories throughout the day. It also invigorates you so you're ready to go 'take on the world'.
Have a great day!!!

Of course morning!!! The morning is a better time to exercise for variety of reasons. You get the metabolism revving up which means burning more calories, exercise makes you alert which means you are charged up for the day. Plus you also have taken awayone activity from your day-to-day activity chart. In the evening you maybe too tired,or not have time, or may have to do some extra work. All the above excuses will come hard on your exercise time and you will end up giving away that time for other chores.

However, if you are hard pressed for time in the morning then work out for about 30-45 mins in the vening. On those days when you have not been able to work out in the mornings you can work out in the evening. Studies have shown that you end up burning 3 times more calories if you work out in the mornings than evenings!!!

Make sure that before you work out in the morning, you have a glass of milk or juice or a piece of fruit. Also after you come back from the workout have a fibre-rich and a filling breakfast.

The best time to work out is whenever you feel best. If that's in the morning, exercise in the morning. If it's in the evening, exercise in the evening. The idea is to get some exercise period. The body might have a slightly different reaction in terms of metabolism based on sleep patterns, but otherwise it really doesn't care what time of day it is.

I think it's better in the morning because you can wake up early, go for a jog, do whatever you have to do, come home, take a shower and be awake and alert afterwards.

By the evening, you'll probably be too tired from work or whatever to exercise anyway. Or, you might not even have any time.

Morning would be better since the air may be more fresh. I am saying this because I live in a busy city and the vehicle fumes will pollute the evening air more than it does early in the morning.

It doesn't really matter. Whatever suits your schedule would be fine. Most people do it in the morning when they first wake up. They have a lot more energy - as opposed to evening when they are tired from getting home from work.

Best of luck!

Morning is the best time, doing it before bed slows the process of burning while you sleep because you have taken to much from your body.Don't care what the so-called fitness trianer with his OWN center says he's in it for money not you or your health.LISTEN to the MORNING PEOPLE.

The best time is both. allitle in the morning to wake up and ready for the day, and in the afternoon to gain extra muscle and to be fit. do this at least 4 times a week.

The exercise related research support workout during anytime of the day.

The most important thing appears to be to just get out and exercise on a daily basis (for about 30 minutes).

Exercise is suppost to be better for you in the am, if you do it in the evening it is said that you get a boost of energy and have too much energy then are unable to sleep. I would say any exercise is better than non no matter what time of day..
