Yes, it is ok for the cat to be on a leash especially if it isn't declawed and can harm people.

It's not necessary to put a cat on a leash in most places. My cat wouldn't stand for it. However, some cats can be trained to be on a leash (and even taken on walks) if they're trained young enough. I once had neighbors who had a pretty white cat that they put on a leash. It was handy for them because they moved alot and the cat could be let outside without fear of her running away.

Of course you can put a cat on a leash! The harness types work best. Once they get used to it it really a very safe way for them to enjoy being outdoors.

that's the only way a cat should be outside. so yes go to the pet store and buy a cat harness and leash and leash train your cat. depending on the age of your cat it may take sometime, I would say a couple months before you would be ready to take it outside. My 2 cats love to go outside on the leash!!!

It is illegal to let your cat roam free and it is unsafe. If your cat likes being outdoors teach him he has to be on a leash.

I would be sure to test the cat with the leash inside first. If it spooks him you don't want him to freak and run in the street or get hurt.

You realy should put your cat on a diet. And yes walking the outside is okay. Useally they'll hate it though if their not used to it.

If the cat is not complaining I don't think I'd get involved.

bring your demon to the local Chinese restaraunt. Then you'll save money because you won't have to buy cat food anymore.
