Every relationship i've ever been in the girl has always expected me to plan the dates or what we're doing. I'm 23 yrs old and i am a bit of a romantic so i don't mind for the most part, but i've never had a woman do anything "special" for me, why is that? are women more selfish than men?

Of course women aren't more selfish then men. What a sexist comment! Sure, SOME women are more selfish, just like SOME men are. But get real, if you are doing all the planning you are either a control freak, or dating the wrong women. Either way, the problem is yours to solve :-)

They don't always have to. In fact, some guys would think it's a turn on that you take matters into your own hands and want to plan things as well.
