and by the way, publicdata.com doesn't have information on social security numbers.

This begins rather darkly. I would be quite leary of this, as in how did yu obtain it? Family? Found wallet? I cannot ask anymore as it is moot to do so.My recommendation is this...get rid of it. Something tells me you want more than you are asking for, interesting you pull a public format into a dodgy *what's really happening here* situation. I think that you know the answer to this already and itis in this page. I am NOT speaking of my answer, however having been someone, hesitating to use the word victim, ofI.D. theft, let's just say that I am quite leary of your intentions....hypothetical or not. Ditch it....and the rest you may perchance come by....if indeed thisis the case. Do the correct thing.

Sounds like to me you are up to NO GOOD, did you know that the charges for identity theft and fraudulent miss use of another persons name is like way more terrible then killing someone or getting caught with big time drugs. Think about it

wait..do you have their card?? because if you do you should shred it and try to forget the number! otherwise if you just have the number and DOB then i am not sure how you would find out unless you have access to certain programs like the ones banks have!..but why would you want to?
