Well that's already a lot of flavors going on at once. You never want to overpower cheesecake since it's already so rich, so say if you had a plain cheescake, just a little big of strawberry sauce would be enough. That's why I say that you should serve it plain. However, if the cherry and chocolate part is really really realllly subtle, I guess a raspbery sauce would be nice.

Wonderful Cheesecake!
Use the Thin Chocolate Sauce.
Put a Tablespoon or two, on the plate first,
Then add the slice of Cheesecake,
Place one whole Strawberry on the side.

I would say plain, and maybe have the sauces on the side so people can choose which they want... but if it was at my house, I would just serve it plain.

It sounds fabulous, where did you get the recipe? I would serve it plain the first time and then try with a sauce.

Yummmy! Cherry and chocolate...what a great combination. If I were you I wouldn't do anything to detract from those flavors. Have you every heard the old saying "Too much of a good thing is.....too much of a good thing." Or KISS it (keep it simple, stupid)! I know your guests will enjoy this cheesecake...I know I would.

garnish the serving dish around the slice of cheesecake with chocolate syrup (Just in case they like extra chocolate and it makes the dish more presentable)

Plain- you have enough complex flavors together... and they just happen to be my favorite. Can I come over? My mom said I could.

Have a great day!!!
