Go see a counselor. He/she can help you deal with what your husband is going through. It's not his fault that he has Tourette's Syndrome.

I am thinking that part of the problem is how other people see your husband. The tic's, outburst, etc. Try not to let other people bother you. My son is handicap and I have been stared at plenty. Keep a good sense of humor and remember that in the final years of your life it will be you and your husband and not the outside world.
