boy is 4 years sister is 12 years old that is 8 years difference. so, when the boy is 12 years old his sister will be 20 years old. very difficult riddle this was. i really tried very very hard, by the way how old r u ?u asked a mind boggling question. u should get at least 30 points for this question.

20 I think.... at first I thought it was 36 you know 12 multiplied by 3... then I went back and looked at your question again... It only wants you to multiply 4 by 3 which give you the girl an age of 12 well when the boy turns 12 it has only been 8 years... just add 8 to 12... I hope that's right it's kinda early... West Coast time..
