The man is considered the head of the house hold and you need God to understand women and how to lead your family into the ways of the Lord. Husband meaning a band that holds the house together. How can you do all that when you have no idea or direction from God, you are asking for trouble. Don't feel bad most men don't get it and they are screw ups too. More women are more sensitive to God because of less testosterone.

I did not realize that God was chasing guys.Love thirsty?. I tend to think it is more that God want us to love Him with our whole beings because in his wisdom He knows what is best for us, not that in particular He wants to men to love Him more than their wives. He wants us to love Him above all else, not just wives.Jesus wept, it was a statement, and here taken out of context.
