A stretching rack would help, I would imagine.

I am six foot-one. I just thought I would let you know that for the purpose of inspiring jealousy!

Hi Anis - you don't say how tall you are or how old you are, so I'm going to assume that you are female and have reached the age where most people have stopped growing taller - otherwise, why would you worry? I'm five foot two and rarely regret being on the small side - it hasn't cramped my style at all! Good posture is important - stand tall. Use high heels if you like, but best of all, smile and be confident in yourself - it's your personality that counts in the long run, not your height!

well you will get tall with age and that depends on the time it takes to grow tall and at what age you will reach your peak..for instance the average age a guy and girl stop growing is 17 so take it from the age you are at now and then you will have about an idea as to how tall you will be. but on the other hand my brother was very small un till he was 17 and in the last year grew loads and is about 6'2....if you are very small you can have surgery EG. dwafism but just to made youm appear bigger you can use shoe raises or try to wear black trousers or skirts as the ilusion of black makes you appear longer....hope this helps...take care.

If there was anything that actuallly made you grow taller we would know about it by now.

Genetics and good nutrition in childhood do help, but up to a certain point. If your ancestors were short, chances are that good nutrition will increase your height a bit. I remember that Japanese in the sixties were normally shorter than today, so good nutrition does help.

Stop focusing on your height. If height is all you have to bring to a discussion, then stay home. Concentrate on being the best person you can be, study hard, help people, listen to your parents, eat healthy foods, exercise. Make a difference in someone's life.

Good Luck
