try the master cleanse aka lemondade fast. It totally cleanse out your colon. They say to do it for 10 days, but I found that very difficult. I did it for 5. I dont know if i could do it for more than 5, but am considering to do maybe 3 days every quarter.

I have heard that enemas and colon cleansing products are not the best thing for you.
Just eat a lot of high fiber foods. If necessary, take a fiber supplement such as Benefiber, Citrucel, Fiber-Sure, or Metamucil.

Enemas are quickest and most effective. Everyday at hospitals constipated people get enemas. Hospitals are run by MDs. This site has complete info plus slower way.

IN thailand, they use crashed coffee / powder form and pump in up your a** ... plus strict dieting for a week.
Heard this procedure is the ultimate detox, but doesn't come cheap.
