I do not have a degree,I have travel & tourism qualification also Alevel English.I have worked within business travel and have passport/visa experience. I would love to work for an adventure travel company or something similar that would perhaps also involve travelling abroad. I am bored in an office and need to get into work that I am interested in, my passion is travel. I know most of these types of companies require staff to be well travelled, I am going to Costa Rica for an adventure holiday in October; other than that I have not travelled much, the usual -USA, Europe, have not travelled extensively. Are there any companies that take on less experienced staff and provide training etc? Any other job suggestions also welcome. I need to have some excitement/variation in my working life!I am very bored in my current job!

Become a travel agent. You can travel for less money and be able to write off all your travel expenses on your taxes. My company also pays me to refer other people to the business. I also collect 60% of the commissions of travel booked on my site that has the same booking engine as travelocity. Check out these two sites then get back to me and I'll tell you more about it.

With your experience, you could do a lot of things. Contact corporate divisions of travel agencies- tour guides can go all over the world [if there are any safe places left ]

You could be a flight attendant, travel agent, an air marshall.

Listen if you really want to travel i suggest that you really think this over. Now if your are old enough talk to a army recruiter and if you do join you don't have combat positoins in the branch you are in.Try the army reserve. Oh and you can also try a flight attendant career

Cruise lines, I have looked into it and they have entry level positions for service positions, they pay well, and when the ship is docked you are free to travel and explore the area bc you dont have to work when docked, and you dont pay any room & board fees or food, so its a great way to earn and save money while traveling.

You should read "The Accidental Tourist". It is about a guy who travels because he travels to rate hotels.
