An inspiration in the terms of what humanity is capable of? Not the sin and being saved part, but his abilities? Are we capable of being able to be Jesus' equals? Should we try?

Yes , it is very much within our reach ! All enlightened people have the same (in both senses) capability, since they experience in unison !

Jesus is more of a curse than anything. As far as humans being equal to Jesus...we have the ability to be more than equals. We have the ability to be as gods. We just haven't tapped into our capabilities yet.

we all are JESUS,s brother,s and sister,s. there are a lot of people that have been choosen to heal the sick like JESUS did.. in the bible it speaks of people healing the sick and they were not the desciples.. in LUKE the deciples tell JESUS of a man that drove out the evil spirits of a man and the deciples some times could not. and JESUS speakes of a woman that was teaching people about him. so when people teach and preach about JESUS,s word we are doing what JESUS asks of us. we will not be perfect like JESUS was but we are as perfect as we can be and GOD aproves of that. so in a way we are equal but in a way we are not.. as long as we do GOD,S will he is pleased with us. just as we are

Jesus is a representation of the Sun. Jesus was created on the principles of an egyption sun god. God is everything else.
You can be his equal if you accept the light.

if you can contain "him" to an inspiration and an ideal you can live up to. not if you think of him as anything more than simply human. Just as the rest of us.
