yes, it is a way of doing it. You just need to remember that you need to take vitamin suppliments to get the things you are not getting out of eating.

You basically are just getting rid of all your water weight and yes you will gain it all back. Plus, if the idea is to be healthy and get the toxins out, if you don't change the things that you put into your body, you are just putting the harmful toxins back in. Water pills might be a good (quick) way to loose some bloating but make sure that you drink a lot of water and it will all flush out.
If you are looking for the healthy side of actually eliminating toxins, you might be interested to look at some supplements that are very good in terms of overall health. I changed my daily muli-vitamin pills to a liquid all-in-one called "vibe". It actually helped me out with some weight loss because it curbed my apptetite and the nutrition was better than anything else i'd tried. Vibe is what i use to eliminate toxins and maintain better nutrtion all around.

Colon Cleanse-sticking a tube up your butt hole and letting water rush into it. You stay this way for about 10 minutes and then you poop like you've never pooped before. It'll help, yes.
You can also research fasting which is also good for your body. Not sure how long the results will be, but I've heard you only drop maybe 2-5 lbs depending.
However, if you lay off sugar and carbs and work out a lot, you'll see much better results!

Ignore fad dieting...the best way to lose weight is by controlling your diet, watching what you put into your body and the quantities of food coupled with exercise for at the least 30 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week.
Losing weight is usually not the issue though, usually the issue is unhappiness with the shape of ones body and that is the thing you should be more concerned with. You could be in weight training (i.e. lifting weights as a way to work) and you could weight 200lbs. but have the best looking body in the world. So, be careful about the issue of weight...best thing to do is to start by throwing out your scale to start.
Take your starting measurements, watch your quantity/quality of food and exercise then track your measurements versus your weight. AND, most importantly, talk to your doctor!!
This is strictly my opinion...

NO. Cleaning out toxins is just a fancy way of saying get an enema to empty your colon. It looks like you lost weight but as soon as you eat again the colon fills up and you are back to your old weight, whatever "eating right" got into there.

NO.
You will simply lose the weight of what is in your intestines.
On the same token, it is good for your health to do a cleanse 2 x per yr.

Hi
This plan sure did work for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

At any given time the body is holding around 8 pounds of waste.
Going to the bathroom often does help.
Drink lots of water, that helps out too.
