The secret questions are there to protect you. I'm curious why you don't know the answers. Go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp

I believe that there is a phone number that you can call; maybe they can help you.

This is the site where you can get all three credit reports for free once per year (maybe it's every twelve months).

Make sure you have some time when you start because it takes about 45 minutes. You can file disputes right on line (both of mine were corrected in a few days).

You'll get your credit reports from all three agencies: Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

If you are in the US, I would recommend going www.annualcreditreport.com as the credit reporting agencies are required to provide you with a credit report only per 12 month period for free. If you want to add scores, there is normally a small fee attached.

The questions that they ask are not secret questions, but ones that you need to answer in order for the companies to identify you, and to protect you from identity theft.

Go to www.creditexpert.co.uk - if you are in the UK.
