shoulder hurts?

last friday and now my shoulder hurts really really bad

its pain full

That's a rather long time. Try alternating ice and a heating pad. And in between, a gentle massage.

Did you pull a muscle? Or is there a pinched nerve in your back or neck?

If the suggestions don't work, see a doctor about it in case you've got something a bit more serious wrong.

Maybe you were shoulder leaning too hard to the song "Shoulder Lean."
