Do you think God is Holy and righteous? Should he punish those who have murdered? raped? stolen? how about liars and adulturers? Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? If you have said "Yes" to these three questions, by your own admission, you are guilty of brekaing four of the Ten Commandments. The BIble says God will bring all sin to Justice, Not just Murder or rape, But liars and theives and blasphemers ect. The BIble warns that the penalty for sin is Hell. The good news is that Jesus came and suffered and died for our sins. if you will repent and confess your sins, and trust Jesus as Lord and savior, God will forgive you and grant you eternal Life.
Now for my question, If there is a day of Judgement and there is a heaven and Hell, why wouldnt you repent and trust Jeus

"God" can grant everyone eternal life without the melodrama invented by primitive and ignorant men who borrowed from ancient fairy tales about demigods who were both good and evil.
Jehovah has no authority to forgive sins. Sin is a form of ignorance. Doing wrong is a non-thing; it's a negative, a void, an emptiness. The only thing that stops a person from doing wrong is gaining the wisdom to know it's wrong. The only thing that stops a "sin" is enlightenment --- comprehending why it's wrong to to that particular thing.

That's great using Way of the Master. We just ordered the schooling from there . We have a group of us who have been called into the ministry and we go into the streets talking to people about God. We use alot of the techniques from Way of the Master. It's amazing to see how receptive alot of people are to the questioning. They have alot of good tracks on their site too. The best ice breaker we've found is the IQ test that says count the F's on this card. Everyone is willing to do an IQ question. Then you can go into the questioning.

What do I think...I don't think you are seeking truth through your inner voice, but rather that of a book & religious faction that steers you...these should be tools, not rules, for life here...be wary of what takes you from listening to your soul sounds, for these are the voices of your spirit guide & directly line to God...
Yes, God is omnipotent...No, He needs to punish noone...unconditional love is just that--unconditional...and since we are each a piece of this entity, what would it serve to throw parts of Oneself into damnation (hell) or punishment? And why, if we are here in this lifetime to grow & learn for spirit purpose, would God create "rules" to do such? And no spirit came here to suffer & die for sins that do not exist in God's eyes--all is perfect as far as He is concerned...for the purpose all was created for...Jesus, yes, was an epitomy of Godness...I find it sad that most do not focus on his life, which spoke volumes, but rather a story of his death, which simply is not truth. He never meant to be idolized as a person, but rather lived his life to show that God exists, that there is life after death, and that all return Home to be part of the Wholeness.
The only "Judgement Day" will be your time, after going Home, that YOU look over your life & see where you acomplished that which you left to do, or didn't, or could have done it "better". The closest thing to any "hell" that exists is for those who refuse to recognize God in His Creation...those that commit atrocities with no conscience, and those that commit suicide under their own control...these people are put right back into life on Earth with no peace time, no reunion with loved ones, and no recharting options...they do this again, and again, until they finally "get it", which in His unconditional love, God knows that everyone eventually does get with the program by giving them this option.
By the way, we are, in reality, eternally alive as spirit essences of the Godhead--Mother & Father God, of which we were "made in their image"...do you honestly believe that only "male" exists, when all things are created as male/female? Think a bit deeper, Sweetness...learn from all sources...see Godness in all things...and when your little soul bell rings, you have found truth...Good Journey!

you just confused the hell out of me..
here's some questions for you::
Have you ever lied?
Have you ever stolen?
Do you ever have lust for someone???
Everyone has lied.. and everyone has lust... it's normal human nature!! It's it's stupid if god counts every little mistake as a sin. Some lies are good lies, some are bad. and everyone has lust for someone!! think about it. I don't know if there is a god... and neither does anyone else. so waste so much time questioning yourself?? good luck and god bless (if there is one)

With that concept in place...why bother? On your deathbed after an abusive life, if you can call on the name of Jesus and be saved?
As an alternative...consider an afterlife where you are placed in community and relationship to what you have earned in your life's experiences. In this way, those who are honest no longer have to live in a world of thieves.,...those who love, no longer have to live in abuse, etc. etc.
We all rise to the sphere of spirituality we are suited to occupy...like the cream rising to the top of the milk...and our own spirituality is the key to this effect.

Very well stated. While all sins are accountable, I don't think that all are treated equally. I have probably broken more than 4 commandments but I know that I am forgiven.

Why I should trust Jesus, He was just a messenger, the message was from someone else. Do you fall in love with your boyfriend/girl friend or with the postmen who brought the mail from your lover ?

First of all Christ was talking to his disciples when he said that....
The church has taken his words out of context and they use them to correct the people in the world....If you call yourself a disciple, those words are for you.....Now, let's see you do it, and leave judgment up to God.

i repent, not because of the fear of going to hell...just that God tells me to, knowing He is the way, the truth, and the life. and if i want to live my life according to the way He lived his, that is what i must do.
