Are you doing any warm ups before working out. Muscles do not like to just jump into action, even if you are the most athletic person in the world. Do you drink alot of water while you work out. Do you allow your body to cool down or do you go from working out to full stop. Your body is like machinery if you would not ask your car to go from forward to reverse with out stopping your car first then do not ask your body to do this. Do you jump in your car in the winter and just drive or do you let it warm up first.

maybe you should get a massage or see a chiropractor. you probably have weak back muscles so doing a few extra exorcises for your back would probably help especially since you are belly dancing. If you have really strong abdominal mucles and your back muscles are not proportionately strong you will have TONS of problems. Also stretching is VERY important

See a chiropractor and make sure your back is properly aligned.

If that checks out, pay a trainer for 1 or 2 sessions to get proper mechanics and have them adjust.

Try looking into proper body mechanics, either in books or perhaps at any local hospital. Check with their physical therapy/occupational therapy departments & also their education departments. Though don't forget to buy a book for quick, easy reference.
