Water doesn't actually "burn" fat, however if you are drinking it in place of soda or beverages high in calories you are going to lose weight. It also helps clean your body of toxins which will in turn make you feel better and get your metabloism moving which also burns fat. Last but not least, drinking lots of water will keep you from over eating as you will be fuller and not inclined to keep eating.

Hi
Just drinking water is not going to help you burn fat instead try this plan it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Water is an important component of our body and present in many chemical reactions taking place even as we speak. That includes fat burning and thus losing weight. Optimal amount of water means optimal fat burning. Always in moderation, not tonnes.

Drinking water does help you lose weight. It's a fact that water can flush the body of unwanted fat and bacteria.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

not in a strict way. water is good because it helps the organism in a lot of ways: it liquifies the urine, and helps eliminate toxins (specially when you sweat) but don´t think that by only drinking water you will lose weight. it sure plays an important role in metabolism, but the only way to burn fat is by exersising and eating in right proportions. if you eat -say- 2000kcal and then you sit in front of the pc, not even all the water in the world will help you burn calories. you have to use up more than you eat. that means: exercise.

Water doesn't exactly burn fat. But it does keep you hydrated so you can handle more exercise, and it does take up space that would otherwise be filled with calories. And it does help your system to wash out the things it shouldn't have in it.

Drinking water helps you feel full and decreases appetite.
It does not "burn" fat. Try mixing fat and water and see what happens.

Too much water can cause your sodium level to drop to a dangerous level.

The fact of the matter is no. Im doing a cert 4 in this sort of stuff, and you must drink water but it has no effect on losing or gaining wight watsover its just a mental thing. When i saw mental i mean like drinking water can have positive effects on the body not making u depressed and therefor feeling the need to eat junk food but thats just one mental aspect.
