Good hostels in Barcelona/Madrid/Rome/Florence?

Hi, am going to the above places next week, looking for cheap but clean hostels/hotels/campsites..any suggestions?

you can ask Ronaldinho,Zidan,Totti,Bagio.... they all use clean hotels 100%
