I have never seen mustard oil, however I do like to go to specialty stores. Fariway in NYC and Plainview NY. DeChoix specialties in Woodside NY, is a wholesaler of specialty items. I would google it, That's how I found GLUCOSE I needed to make chocolate paste.

Any Indian or Pakistani grocery store or some health food stores, hope you have good hunting, the stuff is great for sauteing veggies.
