Its never too early to start being active. Are there any sports clubs or centres near you that you could join?
Maybe just start out by a bit of a walk every day. and lay off the Macdonalds
You are too young to be worrying about your figure as someone else rightly said. But if you pick up an a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later you are giving yourself a great start in life

hey don't worry susan. there are a lot of ways without hurting yourself. Don't eat the junk foods and if you really like one then eat it as long as you are cutting it down. Drink lots of water and less pops and sugarie drinks. and stay away from candy. and ride your bike or get into a sport

It depends how tall you are.

Try this website to work out your Body Mass Index. (BMI)

http://health.yahoo.com/topic/weightloss/other/tooldoc/healthwise/tx4381

If your BMI is too high the best way to lose weight is to excercise and try to eat low fat foods, lots of fruit and veg and drink lots of water because it is good for you and fills you up.

Anything in a package will have a label saying how much fat is in it. Avoid anything with more than 1g per 100mls/ grams

eat less...and eat healthy...no cookies less carbs --thats bread..pasta ...rice...but dont cut out to many foods...but try to cut out your fav fatty food that you eat regularly for the time being..and you should see a quick result then you can add it back into your diet...but you may not want to by then..and make sure to keep active...and do crunches so you dont get stretch marks...and run up and down stairs..every little counts(the stupidst mistake people make is that they think irregularlar exercise that is little is pointless---but its better than nothing)

Exercise with cardiovascular workouts(walking, jogging etc..)
and with dumbbells and maybe crunches, and and sit ups.
hope this helps.

eat healthier food (eating less is unhealthy, and people lose weight just by eating right) so eat right and exercise

See your doctor.

You may have medical problem/s...such as a thyroid disorder.

Only if everything checks out to be normal...then attempt proper diet and exercise.
