You are still scared of your ex-husband and afraid if what he will do to you if you get pregnant. Most likely just a back brain idea which would never come true, but then if the guy is that crazy I would get help, if he not then don't worry about it.

Well, it is a dream of insecurity and a little guilt conscience
Pregnant = ready for new life
ex husband forced an abortion = guilt conscience
You may be experiencing some sort of insecurity and guilt conscience. In your subconscious mind, you are going back to ex marriage. By projecting his violent act, (not sure if he was violent) you literally tell yourself that you are happy to leave him and being pregnant meaning new life or re-marriage. However, there is a little guilt conscience involved. Because of the fact you are not secure with your current relationship, dreaming what is in the past could show your regret and that violent act could imply some guilty feelings of yours.

I dont actually know how to force an abortion with a hanger but anyway you should ask if your husband wants kids. if not use birth control. most of the time dreams like that come true so talk to your husband about the dream and get his opinion.

I was reading parents magazine yesterday at the doctors office not sure what issue it was but it was talking about dreams such as yours. It said that those sorts of dreams are very common in the first trimester of pregnancy you might want to take a test just to rule out that you aren't but it also said that there will be bad dreams about exs even dreams of cheating on your current partner with them you might try and research that article.

Are you and your husband talking about having a family? If so it could be your fears about your current marriage not working out (like your first one) causing this dream. Hence the past would be sabotaging your future.

Vell, I would say it has a lot to do with your fears about the new relationship. The baby is your new marriage- young and fresh. You have unresolved fears that you ex-husband may try to ruin this relationship, or otherwise get in the way. Has he tried to ruin your other past relationships since your divorce? Have you had any kind of negative contact with him since?

It probably means that your really hate your ex and don't ever want to think about having a child with him. And it is easier for him the bad guy in this dream than you.
