Why dont yyou get her something for her charm braclet that has sentimental meaning . A charm with your child date of birth and birthstone placed in it. You can have these made at just about any jeweler. It would show her you put some though into this gift. That way she gets the charm that she wants but it is personalized for your life together. Also another gift that might be nice. A past , present and future necklace or ring. It is a setting with 3 stones. You can use all three of your family birthstones or use the stone from the month that you were married 3 times or if you prefer use diamond but it is more sentimental with the stones from the month of marriage.

You could get a charm in shape of a cradle, or treat her to a pampering day, or have someone come to your home and cook a lovely meal with champagne
Bless her though for only wanting a charm for her bracelet, her baby means so much more than gifts, and your loving care is everything to her. Here's a kiss for baby X.

Well, she said she wants a charm for her charm bracelet, so get her one... and then get her something else that she didn't specifically ask for... maybe a pair of earings, a neclace, or a gift certificate to her favorite store. The gift certificate may sound insincere (spelling) but I have found that people enjoy buying something they really like as opposed to pretending to like something they don't.
Another good idea would be something to commemorate both your wife and child (since you almost lost both of them)... maybe a beautiful picture in a frame.
I am glad that things turned out good... and good luck finding a gift.

I am so happy that your wife and baby are doing well now. I know after both of my kids and aven now the perfect gift would be, you to allow her to go for a massage. If this is not something you can do, at night after the baby has gone to sleep, you can give the massage. It does not have to get sexual, though usually it will. This is a great way to relax and rub that stress away. Good luck and congrads. You sound like a really caring husband, thats special. :-)

Get a charm with a heart and key - some of those are beautifully detailed, where the key looks very cute, lol.
A really nice gesture is dog tags - sounds a little boyish, but they can look good on a girl too. You can have the front done with her name, the back with a message of love. I did that for someone once, he's still my best mate, even though we didn't work out - I think he really liked it, I always liked the idea that my message of love would be over his heart. Too corny?

Is this a gift to commemorate th birth? The charm would be nice and she has asked for it. If you wanted to go one step further you could also get one of those "mothers" rings that has both yours and her birthstones in it and one for the New baby.
The fact that you almost lost them both in childbirth would make this ring a great choice. A ring symbolizes going full circle. Or comming back from somewhere. So having them come back to you from near death this ring will always remind all of yo of the importance of family.

A nice gift for your wife would be to, get her the charm she wants and help her with the baby stuff, bathing, feeding, cook her a meal, and maybe send her shopping alone to buy her own gift. I bet that she would appreciate that the most. I know I would have.

Your wife has been through a very traumatic time recently. I suggest that you treat her to a pamper day at a spa this will give her time to revitalise and relax. Go on google type in unusual gifts and you should find something in there
Good luck and enjoy your experience with the wee one x
