Yes. But it is not a crime for a doctor perform an abortion on the same woman. It shows the hypocrisy and double standard that exists in the country today.

Yes, the age of the fetus is not an important factor either. Case in point...Sharon Tate murdered by the Manson family. Vincent Bugliosi, the Prosecuting Attorney charged them with the death of both Sharon Tate and the unborn child.

Why do you need to know? I hope you aren't planning on killing a pregnant woman because no matter whether you get tried for killing 2 people or 1 you're still going to prison for the rest of your life and don't think there's such thing as not geting caught, not with the technology the police have nowadays. Hopfully this isn't someone you know or you are planning but if it is go and get help, sort out your aggression, speak to a doctor and ask yourself why you want to do this. A pregnant woman is somebody's daughter and she is about to be somebody's mom, only God should interfere with that.

If the killer knew the woman was pregnant he could. I have seen some NOT get charged for killing the baby because he did not know the woman was pregnant. It's stupid if you ask me, but that's the way our wonderful laws work!

Should be charged for 2 killings. Only the mother has the right to kill / "abort" the child in the womb.

Well, look at the Lacey Peterson case. She was pregnant and both her and her baby was murdered, and I believe Scott Peterson was convicted of both murders.

Didnt follow that case so much, but I believe that is the case - check it out

well your question sound heavier. see in this case the prosecutor is charge for murder, and being socially hes already a criminal, so wat does it matter weather he kills one, two or threes, such people should be hang till death . so there is nothing matter comes of what charges should be made for him, its just simple hang him till death
our jurisdication is a helpless creature, they cant judge properly and are unable to give decision, they are just addicted to post pond date and just post pond till the victim become either old enough or enters the mouth of darkness ie death. so i say u personally that what court or supreme cour make rules that looks just good in books but in practical it has no sense
thank you

I think that has something to do with how far along the mother -to-be is; if the baby could survive outside of mothers womb, then they are a seperate person. so yes i believe the answer is yes .
