They used to bake them right in the back of each store but is this still done or are they goods shipped in to them?

some do, some don't.
for example, i work at a dunkin donuts and we do not make ours, we have them brought up twice a day from a factory 57 miles away, which i think is pretty ridiculous.
one day i worked at a different dunkin donuts and they got theirs delivered from a different factory, one only 27 miles away. but they did make all the bagels themselves!!
and then there are ones that make everything there, bagels and donuts and all! those are definitely becoming a rarity tho....

Yes they still make them fresh ... I just bought some the other day!
Also when I was little one of my friends parents owned a Dunkin Donuts and I use to go there a lot and some times help out but yeah they made there's fresh every night (in order to deliver them to hotels and other places like that) and every day for the people that come to the store ... they still own it but I don't go there anymore because I moved and I live some where else lol
But YES they do make them fresh!

Yes, they do.I have a friend that manages a Dunkin'Donuts in Farmington Hills Michigan.They make there donuts fresh twice a day. They are awesome donuts.I love the "BostonCream" donuts the best.They have chocolate frosting spread on top and custard inserted inthe middle.They are so good
Yes, they still fry some and bake the others on the premises.

Yes they do make them fresh everyday. And the ones that are made in a factory are usually made in a donut factory close to the store and deliverd the same day they are made. I know beacause my parents own 5 dunkin donuts's

they make it in a doughnut factory, once all done, sent through DD's truck! none of the storres are making it them selves anymore..to keep QC they say....
