High metabolism. This usually happens to younger people while going through their teens. If you are older, which i am going to assume you are. Just try to eat healthy things. Its perfectly normal.

I use to have toast and jam in the morning along with juice and some fruit and found that i was getting hungry 1 or 2 hours later. I since switched the jam with peanut butter and found I wasnt getting so hungry shortly after. Also if you like it, oatmeal is a good filler up...If I know i'm going to have a busy day or will be having a late lunch, I have a bowl of oatmeal. It keeps me satisfied longer.

You have a fast metabolism....breakfast is very important for you because you were hungry all night while sleeping. So when you wake up and eat, you need to eat again quickly. I have the same problem, need to eat about every 3 hours or so, sometimes less. Best thing to do is carry some granola bars or fruit with you. I try and eat 5-6 smaller meals a day.

There is probably sugar in your yogurt, sugar on your waffles, the waffle is a simple carbohydrate, the banana is high in carbs. The lesson is carbs burn faster than protein. Back of the carbs a bit and add protein.

Carbs burn off more quickly so definitely add something that's going to stick with you longer and keep you 'satisfied'. If you can eat every couple of hours (small meals) about 6x a day, that also tends to help stave off hunger cravings rather than eating 3 large meals during the day, but going longer in between meals w/o eating.

Hm, maybe add in a little bacon. You are choosing a great meal anyway, but maybe you need a little meat, like sausage or bacon? For me, eggs do the trick.
